App that analyzes Venu3 data and makes conclusions and recommendations

Is there such an app?  The Venu3 (and similar) makes many health measurements and presents the data, but there is little/no analysis noting correlations and recommendations based on that.  I'm looking for something that would, say, look at ride/workout intensity and training stress, compare that to sleep data, HRV data, etc..  Garmin has the new app where you manually log stuff, and analyzes that, but that's not what I'm looking for, I think.

  • Maybe the Venu 4 has what you're looking for. Training status has been added to it which provides some analyses along with data. It's a pretty high price tag but I'm guessing you won't see it come to the Venu 3.

  • Yeah. IDK.  With the Venu 3 (and other flitness trackers) I get HR, HRV, Pulse ox, Sleep Score, body battery, Stress Score, plus workouts, with cycling recorded on an Edge. I'm thinking there would be something that would analyze and relate all that into actionable info.  Right now, I look at all that and have to decide or figure out if there are any causal relationships or anything else in the data.  I'd be looking for that analysis on Garmin Connect, not really on the watch itself.

  • Training status and related info are in Garmin Connect as well as on the watch. I assume you don't have them in Connect because your watch doesn't support them. I have a Venu 3 too and it would be nice if those features were made available on it. Maybe Garmin will surprise us. Thinking

  • If you export data from Garmin til Apple Health (you can use RunGap for this) then HealthFit should do at least some of the things you’re asking for.

  • Yep.  I have my Garmin Edge and Venyu3 both reporting to my Garmin Connect accout.  The Edge is identified as my primary training device and the Venu3 as my primary wearable.  I've been on GC with Edge devices since 2010.  I added the Venu3 as soon as I got it.  Data is there, but no analysis relating sleep variables, HR, HRV, Body Battery, Stress, respiration, skin temp, pulse ox, or any of that.  It's essentially raw data.
