Can’t help but I have the same issue. Bizarrely Garmin kept pushing notifications saying 2factor security needed on account for ECG but I checked and I have 2F fully set up. Had to use it to post this reply. I haven’t managed to find a way to get ECG back and this is not a beta version so just scrappy comms or buggy release I guess.
If your skin is dry, you can apply a little bit of lotion and then let it dry so it's not too greasy. Then attempt to take the reading again. If you are still unable to get a reading, please upvote this comment and we will reach out to you via email.
