I bought the watch in December 2023. Today, September 20, 2025, the watch stops working after swimming in the sea.
Water got inside and it no longer works. After drying it for several days, there is still moisture visible around the sensors. When turning it on and resetting it, the watch powers up, but none of the sensor lights turn on.
Therefore, it no longer measures anything—neither heart rate, nor anything else. It also doesn’t connect to the mobile. It only works as a simple watch that shows the time.
Garmin didn’t answer of my support messages.
Very disappointed with a $500 watch.
