My Venu 3 screen has stopped working. The screen goes black. Back light works and it’s still connected to my phone app. What can I do to fix or replace No
I have the same issue, and it started doing this right after having updated to v15.05.
I tried multiple blind restarts, that works, and the screen comes online for short periods, but then goes dark and pretty much no way to bring it back on (other than restarting again).
Very frustrating, not sure what to do. It's hard to do a factory reset without the screen (haven't managed yet).
Any else having this issue after the 15.05 update ?
I’m having the same issue. The screen goes black and stops responding. At first I thought the watch had completely shut down, but the sensor is still blinking. A forced restart helps for a while, but it’s not a long-term fix. Any advice?
