I have been running my easy runs in Zone 4. (This is the pace that Garmin is giving me.) I know I should be running in Zone 2 so why does Garmin give me a Zone 4 running pace for Easy Runs. Is there something/somewhere I can change this?

Take a look at Setting Your Heart Rate Zones for information on how to modify the current settings.
By default the assumption is Max HR = 220 -Current Age
Zone 5 = 90-100% of Max HR
Zone 4 = 80-90% of Max HR
Zone 3 = 70-80% of Max HR
Zone 2 = 60-70% of Max HR
Zone 1 = 50-60% of Max HR
This was so helpful. Garmin has my max at 170, I’m not sure what I should put here? I put resting on average.
