Venu 3 shortcuts (right-swipe, middle button, mid button long-press) completely quit working after latest update to 15.05.

Pretty much what the title says. The settings show the shorcuts to be set correctly but they don't do nothing. Very annoying to always look up Wallet in the apps list instead of being able to use the button.

I don't have a fix for you, I have different issues with 15.05 (see my post here) but in the interests of trying to help the Garmin team troubleshoot I'm curious as to whether you have the same volume control issues that my Venu 3 does? I've confirmed that my Venu 3 shortcuts for right-swipe (Timer), mid button tap (Recent Apps) and mid button hold (Music) do all still work OK.

So it would be interesting (and weird!) if your Venu 3's volume control for direct-connected bluetooth headphones does work but your shortcuts don't work, as my symptoms are the opposite. Any thoughts?

I am unable to reproduce what you describe on 15.05. Have you restarted the device since the update? Can you please provide what each of those shortcut options is set to?

Here the same problem. Shortcuts don’t work and the battery goes faster to 0%. I tried a (soft) reset and that seems to work, but after a night the problem is comming back. No shortcuts en battery draining. Software: 15.05

Same. Shortcuts not working, right swipe not working. battery draining fast. Hopefully they have a fix soon.

I just tried this. Started an activity (Walking) and then stopped it and saved it and my buttons are working again. I saw this suggested somewhere else. Worth a try. Not sure if the battery usage will get better or not as I just tried this.
