Intensity minutes - yesterday I climbed a 500m it took just over 2h 15m and Im unsure why I only scored 132 minutes, 63min vigorous x 2 and 6 min moderate.
The activity heart rate record is as follows zone 5 - 53min 35sec
Zone 4 - 15min 52sec
Zone 3 - 51min 22sec
Zone 2 - 10min 7 sec
Zone 1 - 3min 0sec
Today I went for a walk i got 37 moderate mins for
Zone 2 - 3min 41 sec
Zone1 - 41min 49sec
Can anyone explain why I scored so low for the climb?
