I have a Venu 3 which seems to have stopped updating its VO2 max reading on 20/10/24 - up to then seems to have worked fine.
I play football and set up the activity as a run. The connect data screen shows all the fields as complete - it even records a primary benefit as VO2 max improvement. But no update on the reading.
I tried setting up a manual reading (button b, settings, VO2 max etc, etc) same full screen on connect but no recorded data on VO2 max I get the score might not improve but the date should acknowledge the activity? Definitely doing enough work in the activity to trigger a reading so it’s not that. Even tried manually setting heart rates - still nothing
Anything else I can try? Thanks for any advice
