Sleep Score description

Since day one, the sleeping score has always baffled me...

If I have a crappy night, the watch says it was a great night sleep, If I have a great night of sleep, The watch will tell me how miserable it was.. Any chance to reverse the result, as obviously my sleeping quality is always the opposite of what the watch is detecting..

Then we have the body battery issue. Once, and only once since October 2023, I got a body battery of 65. I nearly went out and bought a cake.. Every other day, I can kiss my elbow if I get anything higher than 30-40... I'm normally out of body battery juice by 10am.. It is depressing...

What do I have to do to get 100% on the body Battery???  I'm running out of hope...

  • What do I have to do to get 100% on the body Battery???

It's really simple. 3x a week cardio training 40min and longer. On week 5-th your BB will reach a 100% mark every other day.

  • Mate, I said I want to charge the body batteries, no kill them... Your solution would have been great for when I was 70...

Now, joke aside, are you sure it a cardio issue? I was going for working for too long in the day being the real problem...

  • IDK if it's any consolation, but my impression of how I slept is usually at odds with my sleep score. That said, the sleep score does tend to correlate with how I feel in the morning.  If it's high, I feel more rested, sharper, and more alert.  It mostly varies between 70 and 85.

Body Battery is another one that I'm not sure what to make of in terms of what I've done and how I feel.  Mine varies between 80 and 100 only occasionally hitting 100.

I do get pretty good cardio averaging ~500 intensity minutes a week.
