My VO2Max has not budged since I got the watch about a month ago. I've been actively working out during this time. I have just went back to the features description for the Venu 3S and noticed that it days "VO2Max (Run)" (https://www.garmin.com/en-GB/p/873008/#specs ). Now I wonder, does this mean VO2Max is only measured during a Run activity? The manual doesn't mention this (https://www8.garmin.com/manuals/webhelp/GUID-9CC4A873-E034-4A06-B2E0-636DCFE760EE/EN-US/GUID-A9651342-D68B-4377-9F64-CF006802838B.html). Funnily enough, I've never tried Run because, well, I don't run :) I do Strength and HIIT workouts. Should I do a Run to make sure my VO2Max is measured correctly, or is it measured during other activities as well? Can someone clarify?
