I wonder what's everyone's impression of the sleep score is, I'd love to hear your experiences.
I've been using the watch for 11 days now, and I always get "not restful" sleep reports, around 60pt or even lower. I'm a light sleeper, always have been, so it doesn't bother me much, but I actually like reading the little tips that the watch gives me to get better sleep - relax before bedtime, etc. etc. So I thought I'd try it and did a 20 min body scan meditation before bed time (I also worked out that day in the morning). Slept like a baby for 1h longer than I normally do - and the watch is telling me I didn't have a restful sleep, giving me a score only slightly better than average (66 or so). Isn't this weird? I mean there maybe some underlying stress or something but if I wake up feeling super well rested shouldn't the scores reflect that? Otherwise it just seems like a made up number...
