From time to time it doesn't work. It says that Pulse Ox is not enabled.
Since this feature is added to Venu 3 I enabled POx during sleep. Below screenshots from Pulse Ox and sleep cards.

Hello all,
We have recently released Venu 3/3s beta software update 15.00 that should be available to all users soon. This version included changes to the breathing variations…
Looks the same here. I also have a pulseox turned on during sleep and no breathing variation data, exactly what you have
I have a similar problem. For me, it works for one night then stops. Power down/up the Venu 3, then breathing variations works for one night again then stops. Yes I have PulseOx enabled during sleep.

Hello all,
We have recently released Venu 3/3s beta software update 15.00 that should be available to all users soon. This version included changes to the breathing variations process. After installing this newest software version, if you are still experiencing this disruption, please report it in the bug reports section for the appropriate beta software version.
Additionally, if you experienced this disruption on any non-beta software, please post in the main thread for your device. Bug reports should only be submitted when a disruption occurs as a direct result of installing beta software.
Important note about ECG App: Moving forward, the Beta software available for the Venu 3/3S will have the ECG feature disabled. If you would prefer to keep the ECG App feature accessible on your watch, we recommend not participating in the Public Beta program. The ECG App feature will be made available again on versions of beta software that we anticipate becoming Live updates. In other words, you will see the ECG feature become enabled again in Beta software toward the end of our quarterly beta cycles. The ECG App feature will remain available with Live software updates (on compatible watches).
Sure, today it again worked please generate report number for Garmin Express.
My Connect version is 5.13.1.2 running on iOS 18.5. Powered down/up Venu 3 May 28 - breathing variation data ok. May 29 - no data. May 30 - no data. May 31 (today) - breathing data ok again.
Yes I would send you log files. Tell me how to extract them.
I’ve turned on the Pulse OX at night and turned my watch on and off multiple times but since the update my breathing variation feature has never worked.
I am having the exact same problem with my Garmin Venu 3s.
Came here hoping to find the answer to the same issue. Google Pixel 7 pro running Connect 5.13, no build number.
Breathing variation has yet to show data. POx has been on for sleeping since I got the watch 4 months ago.
Happy to share log files.
Thank you for provided the additional info we needed
quick update - yesterday decided to check for an update on my Venu 3, and there was one available. I installed that (SW v 14.15), and this morning the message about needing to enable POx was replaced with the graph. In the app on my phone I can see the text rating (Minimal) and the graph, which at least for last night shows a flat line across the bottom axis.
