Non-functional phone calls 14.15

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 ULTRA with ONE UI 7.0 and Venu 3 firmware 14.15 on my watch. When I receive a call on the watch, in order to hear the other party and talk to them, I have to mute or turn up the call volume on the watch, otherwise I can't hear anyone. Can you finally fix this? Especially even receiving a call on the watch is quite delayed compared to touching.
