I recently upgraded from a Venu 2s to the 3s and am now getting the “workout benefit” classification for each of my workouts. I see the explanation of each category but I can’t find any additional information on how the determination is made?
I ask because yesterday I did a low-impact 30 minute incline walk on the treadmill with my heart rate mostly in zone 2 - this was classified as “maintaining health” (which seemed appropriate to me). Today I did an hour long strength leg workout, 75% of the workout in zone 3 & zone 4 and it was also classified as “maintaining health.”
They were such different exercises in terms of heart rate, body temperature, breathing, exertion, etc. which made curious what the watch is using to determine the workout benefit?
