App notifications

A specific app on android is activated to receive notifications through garmin app but it doesn't appear on the watch. I have tried troubleshooting but not fixed.

Is the app set to send notifications on your phone? IOW, are you receiving the notification on your phone, but not your watch?

Exactly and it's turned on to receive notifications.

Is it only for one particular app and notifactions from other apps appear on the watch?

May I ask which App?

Also - if you open the Settings App on your Android phone > Notifications > App Notifications > Tap the app in question

1. Is the Show Content on Lock Screen option enabled?

2. Are the Lock Screen, App Icon Badge and Notification Pop-up screens all showing enabled?

The app is Tasks.org

But I found the solution. I turned off persistent notifications in the app which allowed to turn on another option, wearable notifications.
