HRV measures are misleading on GLP-1 medications like Ozempic.
One big issue is that I'm on Semaglutide and it caused my HRV to go way low. All is well otherwise, my sleep, and diet is fine. I don't drink alcohol and work out. I'm fit currently overweight (formerly obese) and losing 1 to 2 pounds per week.

It seems that you key Stress and Sleep measures to HRV. Since my HRV is almost always low (or unbalanced) you give me a sleep score much lower than I feel.
The only sleep score factors that are Poor are Stress (which is HRV derived) and number of awake events. All the other sleep factors are good. NOTE - I always woke up a lot my whole life and rarely slept through the night.
My perceived stress is fairly low (at night and during the day), but that's not what Garmin reports!
So, I'm feeling fine, but the numbers seem very far off!
