Venu 3 cannot create watch faces

On Venu 3 Manual says new Watch faces can be created by holding the "B" button so that the + sign is shown to perform the action

Doing it, the Info page is shown, so no + sign appears, but for all available watch faces, and new watch faces cannot be created

Any help?
