Problem with answering facebook messages

Hello,

I have a problem answering Facebook messages. The watch shows that a message was sent, but in fact, it was not. Apart from this problem, there is a problem with voice assistant and with connecting to my mobile phone. It was perfect for a couple of months and now it is terrible. I am very disappointed. I wanted to recommend this watch to my friend but now I cannot. Please do something about it.

1) The situation where after sending a response to a message from the Facebook Messenger app via a notification on your Garmin watch, the response isn't sent. We've determined that this issue can only be resolved by the Facebook development team. We would invite you to contact their support via https://www.facebook.com/help .

2) Assuming that your phone is an Android device, I would recommend following this post/thread in regards to the ability to connect to the voice assistant - https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/healthandwellness/f/venu-3-series/406922/google-voice-assistant-issue#pifragment-1301=8

We are currently working with Google to determine the best solution for those affected

Dear Tracy,

thank you, I will contact facebook. Earlier, answering Facebook messages worked just fine.

I have just contacted Facebook development team. Could you also please contact them and tell us what they responded?

I see that other people are starting to have the same problem with fb messages after garmin software update. Before the update it worked just fine. Please, can you check on whose end this problem is?
