I'm looking for different functionalities and settings that are, in my opinion, essential for tracking a strength workout:
- Is it possible to add sets during a pre-defined workout if I want to do one more set of an exercise spontaneously?
- Is there any option in the Garmin Connect App or, preferably, on my watch to see the history of the weight I used for a specific exercise (so that I know how many plates to put on based on last time)?
