Only English is alivalabe

Hi,

today my Venu3 changed from German Language to English. I can only select English as Language. I do a hard reset but it's only English alivalabe.

Anyone have the same fail?

What are the version numbers for the following -

1. SW Version

2. DSP

3. Audio Tones

I know you have already done a hard reset, so I recommend trying to reset the device to default. If that does not resolve the issue please contact Garmin Support in your region. It is possible that your device will need to be exchanged, and exchanges cannot be initiated via the Forums

Hi,

I did a hard reset two times again. And I deleted the watch in Garmin Connect. I set it up like a new one. And now it works fine.

I don't know why the language changed and can't set back but after all now everything is okay
