Looks like Garmin's new fix for the venu 3 is to Ignore it and maybe it will go away!

No comments and no new firmware. Really pathetic on their part. Maybe they should finally admit they actually don't have any fixes for this watch!

Give us the option of a full refund for this overpriced timex digital. It's been months...........................................

  • I think including digital assistant was a mistake because that never worked properly, at least for me.

All else though, seems fine. What's not working for you? It's not helpful to complain about a lack of fixes without stating what the problems are.

  • This watch hasn’t to be one of the worst tech related products I’ve bought in recent memory. They include features as a selling point, that work poorly at best or not at all at worst. It would be different if these were features added later as a bonus but they’re not.

  • Got some examples of what doesn't work (other than assistant)?

  • Calling has been hit and miss for me as well. The two big differentiators of the Venu 3 from other watches in the Garmin lineup are voice assistant and calls. These aren’t supposed to be afterthought features for this watch. What is the point of this watch having a mic if not for voice assistant and calls?  What is the point of the Venu 3 in the Garmin lineup without these features?

  • Yes, those are differentiating features. Calling has worked for me the few times I used it, but the assistant is a fail for me too.

  • Calling has been bad from Day 1, it did improve in between, I forgot which firmware number, but after that nope, it sucks. Voice assistant feels like 2015 and not 2025, such huge delays, and most of the time it fails. It frankly feels like you can go down the stairs and look up in the sky before the assistant replies, It is Sunny today, with no chance of Rain.

Garmin is basically losing many thousands of people by launching such stupid watches like Venu and Vivoactive. First time Garmin users purchasing a Venu 3 at 449$ and finding it like this, might never come to Garmin again. I feel disappointed coz I like Garmin and I feel they are shooting themselves with this one. And now Vivoactive 6 rumors have come up, I seriously hope Garmin doesn't launch another half baked product.

Its time to abandon the Venu series entirely, these make no sense; they are neither smart nor sport, they fail at both. My apologies for the harsh tone, but I just feel like my 450$ is wasted now. I expected more from Garmin, after having used Vivoactive 3 and FR 245 briefly.
