The watch was working well until it had software 10.20 (or so it seems), I left it updating and by 13.17 on the same day I could not answer to calls anymore (see the video in the link). I could only deny the call.
Now it is 13.19 software and I could answer few calls, but later it also stopped working.
I have s21 ultra latest Android 14 updated, the Connect app is updated, it has all the permissions needed.
I tried to unpair it in bt settings as well as in connect and few times I was unable to reconnect it,,saying Pairing unsuccessful ...
After I finally managed I got the message that the watch is not compatible with phone and some voice assistant as well as phone call function will not work, which was not there on original pairing, since this model is not on the list of incompatibility. Furthermore venu2plus works perfect with the same phone.
Please developers, what would this be? Are any solutions in sight?
