venu 3s is constantly disconnecting to iphone

I have just purchases Venu 3S from being Fitbit user. now when I walk around house my Venu 3s is constantly disconnecting then reconnecting to phone. How do I stop this when only at home. Is there a way to adjust the distance from watch to phone?

I've not an Iphone but on android, in battery settings or in the apps informations, I can disable the energy saver for specific apps and avoid it to close when screen off.
