Venue 3s version 13.17 rollback possible?

Within the last week I've gotten two updates, is there a way to roll back to version 12?

These new versions have eaten my battery life. I was fully charged on Sunday morning, it is now Tuesday 3:17 AST and my battery is at 35%. I usually get 7 days out of my battery.

The screen seems to be always on since the first of the two updates. It's only noticeable in the dark that there is a faint glow.

Please let me know if there is a way to go back until all of this is sorted

Hello -

There is not a way to roll back to previous software versions. It sounds like the Always on Display feature is enabled which would greatly impact battery life.

Go to Settings > System> Display > General Use > Is Always on Display enabled? if so turning it off will make a huge difference?

If that does not help with the battery life please let me know if I have your permission to follow up via e-mail.

Hi, thanks for your response. The always on feature is off. As mentioned it's a faint glow on the screen.

I'm now having to charge my battery every other day.
