Venu 3 AND Venu 3s empty battery less than 1 day (probably since update to 13.17)

JUST REPORTING TO GARMIN TEAM

I have purchased me and my wife Venu 3 and Venu 3s last year.

Only reason to choose Garmin instead of Samsung watches was much better battery life.

For 6 months we were quite happy with it.

Like 2-3 weeks (not sure exactly) we have started experiencing the issue that watch empties battery less than 1 day.

After charging, power off and on again, it worked some time OK after same issue occurred again.

We have both same version 13.17, basic usage, one activity per day, default settings etc. My wife is using Spotify(+Samsung Buds) but I do NOT.

I am quite furious because my wife blames me and wants me to fix it. I do not believe I can roll back version over any GARMIN tool to previous versions because I cannot even download the file to do so.

 

So PLEASE fix it in new versions otherwise I will go for warranty because it is completely unacceptable to us.
