Lost ECG after 13.18 update

Watch got updated to 13.18 and since then, I cannot access ECG app. Did a reset of the watch and now, it says that the ECG app is not available on the beta version of the program. I did once register to Beta but I reverted back to regular update since then. Any clue.

UPDATED : after contacting Garmin, they confirmed that 13.18 is a beta and that it was updated even after I opt out of the program. It seems that the queue has a delay of couple days before your request is removed so beware if you change your mind about the beta program, wait at least a week before any update or you may end up with a beta version without any warning.

Apologies accepted but how long will I have to wait before 13.18 goes public? Also, will it update itself and remove ECG restrictions or I should make a master reset ?

My apologies, there is not a confirmed public release date as of yet, that is dependent on the Beta results. The software will remain on 13.18 even if a master reset is completed. ECG restrictions will not be removed until public release.

13.19 seems to also be BETA, though with no changes to the change log so zero information on the difference. In the beta forum people are pointing out that the issues they had in 13.18 are still present in 13.18 so genuinely have no idea what was changed or fixed.
