Venu 3 with Pixel 7. Up to now Voice Assistant generally worked as long as the Phone's quick access bluetooth top-drop-down bubble indicated "Watch". Periodically after an overnight separation from my phone, this quick access BT bubble would show "Bluetooth". The watch was still connected, and Garmin Connect would be fine, but Voice would fail. Easiest fix would be to restart the watch, upon which the Phone BT quick access bubble would revert back to "Watch" and Voice Assist from the Venu 3 would again be fine. Only long overnight distancing between watch and phone spoiled this.
Now, with ver 13.17 a shutdown and restart of the watch does not fix this. A restart of the Pixel 7 phone also does not work. When long-pressing the middle button l see "Connecting to Voice Assistant". This lasts for perhaps 20 seconds before "failed". On the Pixel 7 I notice that the Bluetooth bubble momentarily switches to "Watch" as a microphone indicator also shows up, but the BT quickly reverts back to "Bluetooth", and the Voice fails. No solution as yet.
If I happen to be looking at my phone, I can see the Voice Assistant Microphone activate, and I could speak to my phone, but that defeats the purpose.
