What's wrong with Garmin? I had a Vivoactive 4 watch for 4 years and no problems. Now I have a new Venu 3 watch (won in a competition so I have no guarantee :( . New watch from the box and it doesn't work properly, shame on Garmin for selling something like that. In order:
1) After a hard reset, the sensors work for 5 minutes (hard means I hold the watch on the top button for 15 seconds). After a reset, the sensors work and then all stop working and only a reset makes them work again.. for a few minutes.
2) looped update. This means that every now and then the watch says there is a software update. It performs the update and after a few minutes the same thing again. Software 12.12.
3) I started to think that it might be the software's fault, a beta software 13.09 appeared - I installed it. The only thing it did was to stop the looped update question. But the sensors still don't work, and the battery drain is still the same - the battery lasts 1 day from 100% to 0%.
And what should I do now, unfortunately I'll have to turn away from Garmin, because I have a new watch that doesn't work and I can't return it for warranty.
