Crack under the screen of new Venu 3s

I was gifted a venu 3s as my first garmin a week ago and yesterday was looking at it in the sunlight and realised there is a straight crack like under the glass. I can put my fingers on it and there is nothing there but can see it in sunlight or in different angles.

I have been so careful getting used to it and like it's the most expensive thing I own currently.

I'm pretty upset that a week in it looks like it has this crack.

Has this happened to anyone else before? Does Garmin help?

I haven't seen that on any of my Garmin watches. Try calling Garmin Support. Don't know if they'll do anything but it's worth a try if you think it's a factory defect.

So far they have just disregarded it as a cosmetic damage. It’s really frustrating and disappointing. Im recovering from chemo and I can basically do walks and I slept in it. Can’t even wear it all day at hospital as a student because it’s an infections risk. I have asked them to review it as a faulty product because it’s been used at most 5 days.

I did and it’s been pretty disappointing. They want to charge to fix/replace it but I feel like it’s a faulty device if it has already cracked.

Im recovering from chemo and I can walk and sleep in the device and that’s it. Can’t even use it for my day job in the hospital as it’s an infections risk and so it’s been used at most 5 days and already cracked.
