Venu 3 stuck on 8.28

Hi guys

is it anyway to force update from 8.28 to newest stable (or beta ) version? I tried do it via pc and using wifi on my watch. It doesn't matter if I'm opt-in to beta or not.

I saw that it should be able to do it using GUPDATE.GCD directly on watch memory but i cannot find it for venu 3

Have you been able to get the device updated to current software? if not, what message(s) are you receiving when it fails?

It's a longer story... I was on 13.07 but there were many problems. I found your official downgrade package (self instalator) for venu 3 and venu 3s to 8.28. I used it to downgrade. After that i was trying to upgrade to 12.12 using garmin express or using watch but no luck. I opted in beta again in hope that at least the beta will be available. Unfortunately it looks that on server you have stored information about maximum software version that was loaded to watch.

After 13.09 was released i saw on watch notification that new firmware is available. It is workaround in order to be able to use garmin iq (apps etc) but still i'm not able to upgrade from 8.28 to current stable.

let me quote a fragment of my post

every time i was getting message, firmware 8.28 is up to date
