Venu 3 is a smartwatch and why can't Garmin implement a proper backup option?
Most of our watches were recently reset and we lost all the installed apps, watch faces, and data fields and not to mention we need to customize the data field for the activity we want. This is time consuming.
So my question is why can't Garmin have a backup file for every device and when we enter our email and password associated with the watch previously, it can offer us to restore all the apps and watch faces accordingly. Wouldn't that be much simpler and easier, let it happen in the background. These are things that make it a proper smartwatch.
