Not sure what Garmin indicates by saying General Bug Fixes for 12.12, it would be nice if Garmin can elaborate what it fixed.
My issue is with sleep tracking. From Version 12.11, the sleep tracking is basically useless and I updated to 12.12 immediately thinking they might have fixed it, but sadly they did not. I have been asking Garmin to add more features, which they seem not to do, but on top of that they are breaking existing features. Venu 3 has become a total irritation these days.
I was sitting and working and in fact having a call with my family and it detected that as sleep and I went to fetch water in between and it marked that as awake, and when I am back to my chair, it resumed the sleep. I don't understand how can Garmin break such an important feature like sleep. It broke the sleep because I started an activity (walk activity) and once I completed the activity, it showed me the morning report at 2:04 AM, wonderful Garmin. This is the 4th time I am having this issue and the other three times, it was with 12.11 and now this is with 12.12
I always say Garmin has fantastic sleep detection and that is the reason I went back to Garmin after using Vivoactive 3 for 6 years, but it seems Garmin wants to prove that I am wrong? I SPENT 450$ for the watch and now the one feature I like, is broken since the past many days. Congratulations and I don't know if Garmin plans to fix it or abandon the Venu series without updates.
For some reason I am unable to attach images, and have provided Gdrive links to the images: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1IgzEDwJBFg9PBgXXWNOw8ErRjWn5YShx?usp=sharing
