Venu 3 - No smart alarm feature

Hey Garmin team, just got the Venu 3, but there is no smart alarm feature.

I was expecting this to be the top altheletic and fitness watch and would have that feature.


Is that going to be added in the near future.That was a primary reason I bought this. I want a good sleep watch so it would wake me up at the proper time.
Please let me know if this is in development or explain why it was decided ot to be added.

    That is not the case for the Venu 3. In the Garmin models, that would be the Forerunner 965, Fenix 8, or Marque 2 watches. The Venu 3 is a great watch, but not the top athletic and fitness watch.

    Even those don't have the smart alarm feature. And as far as I know, the Fitbit is more known for this. The Sense 2 for example has this. They call it "Smart Wake." Reading other forums, there have been users experiencing varying results.

    You can always request it using the Garmin Ideas page, but if this one feature is why you bought the watch, I would return the watch and look elsewhere.

    afaik, neither of Garmin models has a smart alarm and never had. Moreover, mostly none of other smart/sport watches offer this feature.

    I will be very surprised if Garmin will implement this feature.

    if you purchased venu3 "primarily" for sleep monitoring and for smart alarm you made a mistake.

    I had this with my 120$ fit bit. I have to say it's pretty ridiculous that such a simple feature is not available on an expensive piece of tech like this.

    I have this feature with my one hundred and twenty dollar fitbit. I have to say it's pretty ridiculous that a quality piece of tech like this wouldn't have such a simple function.

    I recently bought the Venu 3 after comparing some smartwatches using ChatGPT and Grok. I asked both whether the watch has a smart alarm feature, and they said yes. However, now that I have the Venu 3, I can't find this feature—neither on the watch itself nor in the Garmin Connect app. They mentioned it was a new feature introduced in one of the latest updates. To make sure I had the newest software, I even signed up for the beta testing program. Still, no smart alarm. I don't get it. I'm getting really frustrated.
