Venu 3 Google Pixel 8. call volume too low! and Bluetooth connection issue.

Hi Everyone, call volume and assistant volume is so low on the watch and I can hardly hear anything. Volume at max on phone and watch. Also finding that the bluetooth says problem connecting turn device off and on which ive done. Ive also tried re pairing several times but it still happens. Reading the forum its seems to be a common issue with this phone. Any help appreciated.

There appears to be two different situations in play here.

If you are experiencing that call volume is lower than music volume, ensure you have turned up your volume for calls. To do so, tap the speaker icon while on a call, and adjust the volume.

If the volume is still too low, please contact Garmin Support for the most efficient and detailed assistance. Be prepared to supply a video that shows the volume while playing music, and while on a call. Sending a File, Folder, Photo or Video to Garmin Product Support

Can you also provide Garmin Connect logs from your phone: Sending App Logs From the Garmin Connect App to Garmin Product Support

As I said volume is max on phone and watch the volume is just really low for calls compared to download music. I've sent the video in but putting my phone close to the watch doesn't really show the issue as it sounds ok on a video.

The Bluetooth issue with pixel phones I think you are aware of from reading round the forum. Maybe it's connected?

I've sent pictures and videos in already. At the moment I'm wondering why I spent an extra £160 for the venu 3 over the vivoactive 5 as the speaker is useless for calls and assistant.
