Purpose of Beta, Missing features, and annoyance

I don't understand the purpose of BETA Releases for Venu 3. Firmware 12.11 was released yesterday to the beta channel and within an hour, it made it's way to the stable build? What is the purpose of BETA then? Or does Garmin just want to show it releases BETA updates for all watches?

Have asked countless times that the Venu 3 needs a proper firmware update with proper set of features that make it look like a 450$ watch. The FR 165 which is 299$ has more sports features than Venu 3. This is insane. I know Garmin makes high-end devices with lots of features, but totally neglecting the ones that has Vivoactive or Venu in it, sounds stupid. I have succesfully diverted 2 of my friends to never buy the Garmin watches like Vivoactive and Venu or Lily. I guess I will be doing that from today onwards and everyone should do it too. Garmin needs to listen to its customers and not be adamant. I would be totally happy if Garmin loses all its VIvo and Venu customers. So much annoying for spending 450$ and expecting a firmware update with Connect IQ fixes and changes. Its a 450$ watch, treat it like one. It's not like we won a lottery for 450$ and spent that money on watch, 450$ is a huge money and being a Garmin user from 7 years I am so annoyed.

Edit: Kindly chime in your annoyances and issues with the watch and what features you expect. We have to try hard to make sure Garmin notices.
