I own a Venu 3 and every once in a while, screen turns black and stays like that for few hours to few days whatever I do. I've seen this problem on other forums and have tried all the solutions I could find (reset, factory reset, no apps install, various settings options etc.) but it happens anyway.
I've sent it to local official repair shop (Garmin Croatia) they "test it", conclude it works normally and send it back telling me i should just shut it down and turn on again and it will be as good as new. I made a video of the problem - i recorded that the watch connects to the Garkin connect app with screen "black", the video shows that i shut the watch down, start it up again but nothing happens and it makes no difference to the repair shop. They continue hinting that the problem is me and my innability to use electronics.
I lost all the trust in Garmin brend and I am stuck with a 400+ euro watch that does not work properly.
Does anybody has any experience with similar problems and/or Garmin doing the right thing and refunding the device or replacing it with one that works.
Please help!
