Venu 3s won't turn on and won't charge

My Venu 3s screen went black so I did a hard reset by pressing the power button on fof 20s. But since I did that and updated the software, my watch kept rebooting and now it won't turn back on and won't charge. I pressed the power button and nothing happens. And the support centre is not open til Monday. Anyone else experienced this issue?

What happens when you plug the charging cable in? That usually powers it up. If not, sounds like you'll have to wait for support.
