Venu 3 loop update !?

Hello,

Since today my Venue 3 has not stopped asking for the update, I have the impression that it is going round in circles


Has anyone had the same problem?

  • Hello! I would try a Hard Reset on the device. The steps are below

    1. Press and hold the top side button for 15 seconds until the screen turns black.
    2. Disregarded any messages that may appear on the screen.
    3. Once the watch is off, press and hold the top side button for 2 seconds and let go. You should see a triangle appear. Wait for watch to complete bootup.
