loading workouts and downloading data

Is there a way to upload new workouts in XLS format to create new workouts?  I am doing the Caroline Girvan Iron series and want to upload a workout tracker to record as I'm working out.  These are available on Facebook and I'd rather not spend the time creating each move individually, step by step.  Surely there is a way to do this!  Also, where can I download the data I am generating - reps, weight, HR, etc.  I am generating all sorts of data and the only data report I can find is the total number of sets.  I want all of the data!  Thanks for your help!
