Hi, I have an issue with the distance calculation for my fenix 7x pro and my wife Venue 3s. The difference is 1mile every 5 miles. We just finish a walk and b i did 5 miles, she did 4 miles accordingto the watches. Same route etc Any idea?

I think is there an issue with my wife Venue 3s. We had an run for 10k (conpetition with proffesional mesurements devices) and on her watch was displayed 13k..

Did anyone had an same issue with calibration or something?

So the problem is on her watch and nothing to do with your F7? Not impossible but unlikely to find a solution for a Venue 3S here. Go to the Venu 3 forum and/or contact Garmin Support.

Yes, correct. Problen is with Venu 3s. I have contact garmin (customer service). They sent me instruction that i need to download Garmin Express app on my computer and i have to do all the updates etc through the app.

After completing a walk side by side compare the activities side by side. Do the GPS maps match? do they reflect the same start and stop points? does one map have strange deviations from the other? I would reach out to Garmin Support for assistance. They can review the activities and related GPS tracking with you.
