My IQ watch faces that had edit capability still still have it. With this and the keyboard problem you're having, sounds like your update might have gone wrong.

Yes I would say so, thanks for responding. Hopefully it gets fixed with the next update.
Given the descriptions you are providing I would Reset the device to default

I'm glad you asked. Yes, it would remove the watch faces from Connect IQ. If you reset you would need to redownload and customize them again. I would reach out to Garmin Support to see if they have another further ideas.
I went ahead and did the hard reset. The problem is still there . I contacted support as Former Member suggested and they said is is a problem the IQ developer has to fix. Which is of course not correct. Everything was fine until the FW update and other people with the same faces have updated their FW and do not have the issue. I explained that to the support person but he did not care. I contacted the developer who got back to me and said he had not changed anything. Which of course I knew because I had not updated the faces.
My only hope is that the next FW update fixes the issue. I am not holding my breath.
Happy to report that this issue went away when I got 12.10 today.
