Venu 3 battery lasts less than 24 hours

It doesn’t matter if I turn battery saver on (it shows it’s gonna last 30 days) but lasts less than 24 hours anyway. I think it s normal cuz the top green light never turns off like NEVER. When I take them off it keeps on. I did try garmin express with the support. But I guess it s defectous, right? (It s my first garmin/smartwatch, bought it a week ago)

It is not normal, 24 hours on one charge you provably have a defective product. If you mean the back green lights related to heart rate sensor, yes they are always flashing, in any case even with always on display function active, minimum you should get 3 to 4 days of with one charge.

Thanks for answering. Yes, the back green light never flashes, it just stays on forever. Even if I enable battery saver (turns off heart rate sensor). Is it just one green back light? Or there are other lights on the back?

Wow. Now that’s weird. How long do u have yours? Is it version 11.16? Did u contact support as well?
