Users over 70 years old and stress level during sleep.

Hi Nick, I have just started working on the stress patterns that show up during sleep.  I have found, with me, exercising during the day does not matter with stress at night, however, even one glass of wine will set it off.  I am in the over 70 age group.  

I really appreciate your contribution. You're the only one who answered me after 5 months, even though I asked in other sections about other watches. Probably also the structure of this forum is not very friendly for your generation.

I'm 61, and my sleep score is never good, and it's due to my stress which is mostly poor, fair at best. 

69 and I get consistently high stress level during sleep - always higher than the day even though heart rate drops low.

I think it's due to Beta Blockers causing a steady non varying heart rate at night while asleep, unlike during the day when variations are caused by exercise etc. As a result HRV. Is incorrectly interpreted as being under stress. 

Your thinking is probably correct, but do you wake up energetic or tired in the morning?

That is, can the value of your body battery correspond to your real state of physical energy?

I’m 66 years of age, during the day, even though I’m retired and have basically no stress in my life, the stress levels on my Garmin are always high. When I sleep, I have no stress on my Garmin. I exercise most days and am reasonably fit. I hope this information helps. 

Generally it's normal.Occasionally - maybe once or twice a month - I will wake up feeling really, really, refreshed and those nights the stress level would have been lower.
