Garmin VENU 3 doesn't update raceprognosis, VO2 max, trainingsstatus etc.

My Garmin doesn't update my raceprognosis, VO2 max, trainingsstatus etc. while I workout 5 times a week. Also every run it gives me achievements that its my fastest 1k for example, although I've ran way faster 1k's. How can I fix this?

In Venu 3 unfortunately Garmin doesn't give the training app that supports training readiness/stats/etc.

I have had the same misconception, that it does.

They sell it as fitness and just that.

What basically garmin says is that if you want calls and training go with fenix 8 or just ditch calls and go to forerunner 965 which have the elevate 4 sensor not the 5th gen that venu 3 has and are about the same price at the moment with the sale that garmin has.
