Unable to get new firmware after updating to 8.28

Hi, after backdating my venu 3 to version 8.28 it got stuck on 8.28 and does not detect subsequent updates.
Can you help me? Do you have GUPDATE.GCD files from a later version?

Hi, I'm interested in the solution, have the same problem on my venu 3, bought a few day ago, and I cant download any IQ app, doesnt allow me bc of this.
