After updating my Venu 3 to SW ver. 11.14 The battery died to zero after being fully charged just a few hours ago. The HR sensor stopped blinking and got readings. With the last SW version watch asks for another update, but facing a problem with installation - turning off, trying to update, turning it on, and asking for the same update again.
I tried to apply a full reset by resetting all data, discharging and leaving for a few days, after charging it started working fine, but required a SW update and after it was installed returned to the same condition as was described above.
