Cannot get into settings / B button short press doesn’t work

I can’t enter the settings. A short press on the B button does nothing. However the button itself works, for example when using it as return button or long pressing it for watch informations. Thus I believe it’s a software bug. Does anyone have this problem. Also I can’t restart or reset my watch because I can’t enter the settings :(

Settings should be a long press (hold) of the B button from the main watch face screen.

In addition, you can hard reset the watch with the top button. Press and hold it down for several seconds until the watch powers off.
