Recovery Heart Rate is always 4

Does Recovery Heart Rate work for Venu 3 should I do something extra it's always 4 no matter of the activity type, so my guess is that it's not actually calculated somehow

I am having the same issue. When I first got my Venu 3, the recovery heart rate was sometimes 27-45. Then for a period, it was only 2. Now, heart rate does not even appear. I've tried resetting the watch several times, but that has not solved the problem.
