ECG stopped working a while ago. It says not available on Beta? I never signed up for Beta. How do I fix this?

When I open the ECG app on my VENU 3S, it says not available on Beta.  WHAT?  What Beta?  When I log in, it asks me to join the Beta.  I assumed that meant I was not in the Beta.  I have NEVER intentionally joined the Beta and I am so pissed that this ECG stopped working like a month after I got this thing.  Is v11.08 a Beta version?  Am I reading this right, that this CANNOT be fixed?  This stupid watch is so overly complicated.  I miss the simplicity of fitbit.  Here is what my online profile for my device says: 
    • Software is up to date — Version 11.08
