ECG is disabled if you happen to choose Beta program for Venu 3

ECG is disabled if you happen to choose Beta program for Venu 3. I want this ECG App but if I leave the Beta program (which is dying down by now) Garmin tells me that I will never get rid of the Beta software or revert back to the general software versions that are available. I tried to leave the beta program and reinstall the ECG App and I still get ECG is unavailable on Beta Software.

Is there an easy fix for this?

This is by design.

“Important note about ECG App: Moving forward, the Beta software available for the Venu 3/3S will have the ECG feature disabled. If you would prefer to keep the ECG App feature accessible on your watch, we recommend not participating in the Public Beta program.”

The Beta program notes also state:
In other words, you will see the ECG feature become enabled again in Beta software toward the end of our quarterly beta cycles
Currently the Beta firmware is 11.11, so I assume the ECG.app may be re-enabled in the next beta release? I also assume an Alpha release will be due in September? Therefore, if, like me, you joined the beta program only to find ECG was disabled, we should be able to install the 'new' firmware and get ECG back. Does anyone know the exact date of the next firmware release?

Installed 11.14 Beta release ECG working again...

Brilliant. Just re-enrolled on beta program, updated to 11.14 and ECG now working. I have now in-enrolled from the beta program. Thanks for posting the above.
